Welcome to the Austin Women's Basketball League! 

"The goal of the Austin Women's Basketball League (AWBL) is to create an organized, competitive, all-women's league that encourages fitness, unites athletes and promotes camaraderie through basketball."

*ALL games will be played at Round Rock Sports Center (2400 Chisholm Trail, Round Rock, TX 78681) and ALL 3 divisions will play on Friday nights from 7:00-9:00.

You will be asked during registration to select a preferred division. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee you will be drafted in that division. We strongly encourage you to select ALL divisions you are willing to play in. This ensures that you will be drafted on to a team. 

AWBL Structure: Our league is set up as a free agency. Players register as individuals and are rated according to a questionnaire and by attending one or more of our Open Plays. From there, based on the individual's rating, each player is drafted onto a team by a coach. The purpose is to create a balanced league of teams, as well as effectively place each of the individual players who want to play on a team. There will be no pre-selected or pre-created teams.

 * If you are new to our league OR have not played with us in over a year, you will need to be rated. Please attend at least one Open Play session (and bring 1 black and 1 white shirt).

1. Saturday, February 10th, 8:00-9:30 - Round Rock Sports Center

2. Friday, February 16th, 7:00-9:00 - Round Rock Sports Center

3. Sunday, February 18th, 6:00-8:00 - Round Rock Sports Center
